We are in no way responsible for the condition of these horses either before or after transport and are therefore not liable for any injuries that a horse may incur either before or after purchase. The only information we have about these horses is what is provided to us by the owners and we cannot be held responsible for any false or evasive claims made by the owner. Unless purchasing more than one horse through us, the prices are firm and non-negotiable.
